Here is a brief explanation of some of the questions you may have about DENTAL LAB SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT.

How to enter new invoice?

 Click on new button in ID box at top left hand conner of invoice form ,then type the Doctors ID number or
press crtl and spacebar at the same time and a list of all your accounts will be visible , highlight the
account you want click ok and dr.  information will be inserted for you. you can't enter a new invoice
unless the account has a id number for a new account go to main menu  click on getting started button
and add your new account then  you will be able to enter invoice.

Printing invoices can be done on plain 8.5 x 11 sheet paper or we have color Pre-printed forms ,we can
also use your logo on the forms at your request for a small charge. They print TWO invoice's on each
page.Sample invoice can be viewed on main page under preview screen shots.

Printing workorder forms ,page layout?

Click on new button in  workorder  form ,then type the Doctors ID number or
press crtl and spacebar at the same time and a list of all your accounts will be visible , highlight the
account you want click ok and dr.  information will be inserted for you. you can't enter a workorder
without a valid ID.
 When you click print within the workorder form, you will see on top panel printer setup ,change your printer
setup to print landscape mode ,then you will obtain the  layout you're looking for.

Posting Invoices and workorders?

 Always post invoices and workorders after each batch you process ,because you don't want to reprint your
previous entries..

Installation help?

 DOWN LOAD demo ,IT comes in a zip archive , just double click on the downloaded file,and it will self extract
several files ,now double click on the file SETUP.EXE and follow the four step setup, please allow 20 sec.
after each click so it can load properly.  TO download demo click on the link below.

Networking FOR multi computers is possible through the software ,but as you know you must
install networking cards in both machines, 3com ,linksys are a couple of companies  we can
suggest. there is a charge for our network version  per extra machine. this is true with any
networking software .
